If you have never used Zoom your web browser will automatically download and launch the program when you click the show link and start your first Zoom. If this is your first time using Zoom we recommend clicking the show link a few hours before 9pm EST to allow time for it to download and so you can become familiar with the platform.

tips for the best experience
Since this is a new viewing format for most of you, here are some helpful hints to have the best setup for your concert experience
Your Viewing Setup:
The bigger the screen the better! Your experience will be greatly improved if you're not using your cell phone.
We recommend connecting a speaker to the device you are watching the concert on for the best possible sound. Specifically if you are using a cell phone, use an external speaker whenever possible.
During the Show
Attendees will be muted throughout the show but will be unmuted after songs so feel free to cheer, clap, etc. You'll feel a lot more like you're there in person!
Get interactive! Engage in the chat with other attendees, it helps to make the concertgoer and artist experience much better.
our commitment to safety
We wanted to outline the safety precautions we are taking to present these shows. We have been working closely with the Brant Health Unit and our industry partners to ensure best practices in presenting concerts safely to your home.
We will have minimal crew and staff present at each show. The majority of our team will be working remotely.
All crew and staff will be spaced at least ten feet apart. All artists performing will be at least ten feet from crew and staff.
Artists will be bringing their own microphones and equipment.
All crew and staff must wear masks at all times, Artists must wear a mask when not performing.
All crew, staff, and artists will be arriving at separate times to avoid interaction at entry and exit ways.
Any artist performing with two or more people will all be spaced at least seven feet apart on stage, will travel separately, and will arrive at different times.
Any food, snacks, or drinks will be brought from each crew, staff, or artist’s homes and there will be shared or communal food on site.
